Our insider partnerships with hotels, resorts, and chalets mean our margins come directly from the property side, never added on top of your rate. In many cases, our clients enjoy added value such as complimentary breakfast, upgrades, late check-out, or resort credits, while paying the same or less than the public rate.

For simple hotel or chalet bookings, we never charge a fee; our insider relationships mean you benefit from exclusive perks and VIP treatment at no additional cost.
For bespoke itinerary design, where we curate a multi-stop journey with private guides, transfers, and unique experiences, we do request a planning fee of £200. This fee is FULLY CREDITED toward your final trip cost when you book with us so in the end, it’s NOT an extra charge. The fee simply reflects the time and care we invest in creating a highly detailed, seamless itinerary.
Amex and other card desks can offer points and standard perks, but they don’t personally call the General Manager or Director of Sales before your arrival. We do. The hotel knows you’re a valued guest, not just a booking reference, and you’re treated accordingly.
