As you enter the property, you’re greeted by a spacious hall with high ceilings, with a wood-burning fireplace and inviting seating, an ideal spot to retreat to after dinner.

This area opens into the original Austrian Stube dating back to the 18th century, featuring a dining area which comfortably accommodates six guests. The property is built around this welcoming space, showcasing authentic craftsmanship with rich fabrics used throughout. After a day exploring Lech’s slopes, unwind by the traditional tiled stove, or sink into a cosy armchair with your holiday read. The well-equipped kitchen, which opens onto the terrace, provides everything you may need to craft delightful meals.

Completing this floor is a guest WC and a dedicated TV room featuring stylish green velvet seating, perfect for hosting cosy movie nights.

Moving up to the first floor taking the curved wooden stairs is the sleeping floor. Here, three bedrooms await. The master bedroom impresses with its airy feel and its walk-in wardrobe, while the second bedroom also features a walk-in closet. These rooms share a spacious bathroom, with a sauna and a walk-in shower. The final bedroom boasts a separate shower room. Each bedroom has its own balcony access for added privacy, and all bedrooms can be configured as twin rooms for guests’ convenience.
